EagleBurgmann Industries L.P. is pleased to announce that it has been selected as one of The Houston Chronicle Top Workplaces.

The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with more than 30 major publishing partners and recognizes a National list of Top Workplaces. Over the past year, more than 4,500 organizations and 1 in every 100 employees in the U.S. have turned to WorkplaceDynamics to better understand what’s on the minds of their employees.

A corporate resident of the Houston area since 1997, EagleBurgmann is honored to be recognized by their employees in this capacity.

Marcus Pillion, EagleBurgmann USA President, states, “Being recognized by our employees as a Top Workplace is truly humbling. We work hard to create a working environment that is productive and that delivers continuous education, support and collaboration. We are extremely honored to have the talented and exceptional employees that we do and value their input.”

The Houston Chronicle published the complete list of Top Workplaces on Sunday, November 11. 244 companies participated in the program and 150 were selected for the Top Workplaces award.
