Atlas Copco Launches Kiosk App for Interactive Leaflets and Tools

Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique business area has launched an app for tablets and desktops that holds all interactive product leaflets and tools.

The "Atlas Copco Kiosk" holds an energy saving calculation tool and leaflets of a wide range of products, translated into several languages. The "Atlas Copco Kiosk" is free and available for both iOS and Android tablets. For PC/MAC users, Atlas Copco has created a desktop version.

All leaflets, in all languages in one place

Atlas Copco will off course keep printed brochures around. But this app brings the same product information as well as additional, interactive possibilities: the leaflets in the kiosk have animations, movies and spectacular 3D product models. The leaflets have been translated into different languages and more brochures are in the pipeline. In addition calculation tools allow you to estimate possible energy savings.

To download the app, visit the Apple App Store with an iPad, or Google Play with an Android tablet and search for "Atlas Copco Kiosk". There is also a PC/MAC version available for download from the Atlas Copco website. Both the Atlas Copco Kiosk app as the iLeaflets in it are completely free. A wifi connection is needed to download a brochure, but once downloaded, it remains available offline.

Elliott Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of EBARA CORPORATION, announced that it has won an order to supply cryogenic rotating equipment for the Port Arthur LNG Phase 1 project in Jefferson County, Texas. Elliott will supply cryogenic pumps, expanders, boil-off gas (BOG) compressors, and end flash gas (EFG) compressors for the project, which is being developed by Sempra Infrastructure.
