Armstrong Fluid Technology Announces New UK Sales Director

Armstrong Fluid Technology announced that Jacob Wolfe has been named Regional Manager – Data Center Sales & Business Development – Americas.

At the British Water Micropollutants Conference 2024, which took place in London on 8 February, keynote speakers from the UK’s Environment Agency called for a cross-industry approach to tackling the issue.

Three UK water utilities have agreed orders for the installation of a total of 30 Hybrid-SAF modular biological treatment units from wastewater treatment specialist WCS Environmental Engineering (WCSEE). The contracts with Anglian Water, Scottish Water, and United Utilities demonstrate growing demand for this adaptable wastewater treatment technology that gives utilities greater flexibility in meeting the needs of growing populations and tightening regulatory standards.

Armstrong Fluid Technology has introduced an expanded range of Design Envelope Permanent Magnet pumps that are engineered to deliver 35-65% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional integrated pumps with induction motors.

Pentair plc announced second quarter 2023 sales of $1.1 billion. Sales were up 2 percent compared to sales for the same period last year. Excluding currency translation, acquisitions and divestitures, core sales declined 7 percent in the second quarter.

Armstrong Fluid Technology has relocated its sales office from Mannheim, Germany, to a larger site in Frankfurt to support the company’s European expansion.
