Xylem announced that Michael T. Speetzen, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position with the Company to accept another chief financial officer position, effective July 30, 2015.

Stéphane Simonetta, 43, joins the Grundfos Group as new Executive Vice President and Head of Operations (COO) September 1st 2015.

Xylem today announced that Kairus Tarapore will join the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 27, 2015. Reporting to Xylem President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Decker, Tarapore will lead the development and execution of the Company’s human resources strategy in support of Xylem’s business goals and strategic priorities.

Renesas Electronics Corporation announced the appointment, effective as of July 1, 2015, of Hideto Hidaka as the newly-established Chief Technology Officer (CTO), reporting directly to Takao Endo, Representative Director, Chairman & CEO. Hidaka will also serve concurrently as a Senior Vice President.

Xylem announced that Jayanthi (Jay) Iyengar has joined the Company as Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation and Technology Officer, effective June 12, 2015. In this newly created position, Iyengar will lead the Company’s global R&D, technology and innovation activities.

Jukka Koskela, the new CEO of Flowrox Oy started his work on 15th May 2015. Mr. Koskela came to Flowrox from Outotec, where he had responsibilities as the Vice President of Global Product Management. His main task was to turn well known project oriented house into a customer oriented product house with a competitive product and service offering.

Yaskawa Europe GmbH has restructured its management board. Manfred Stern, who was in charge of the Yaskawa Group’s European business operations until April as Chief Operations Officer (COO) & President, has been appointed to the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Franklin Electric Co., Inc. announces that the Board of Directors appointed Julie Scheck Freigang Vice President, Global Information Systems on May 8, 2015.

Yokogawa Corporation of America announces that effective April 1, 2015, Daniel L. Duncan has been named President and Chief Executive Officer of Yokogawa’s North American operations. In this position, Mr. Duncan is responsible for all day-to-day operations in North America.

A change is taking place in the Supervisory Board of the Endress+Hauser Group. Professor Dr Georg Bretthauer has left the board after 13 years. Dr Hans Jakob Roth will take up his new post on the Supervisory Board in 2016.
