AUMA underwent a reorganisation at the start of 2026. With its new organisational structure and expanded executive board, the company is strengthening its long-term viability in an increasingly complex market environment.

The Association of Electrical and Mechanical Trades (AEMT) has appointed Carey Guerin-Oliver to support members in implementing and progressing through its Codes of Practice, reinforcing the Association’s commitment to raising standards across the repair of rotating electrical equipment.

Håkan Andersson has been appointed President of the Industrial Technique business area and member of Group Management, effective June 1, 2026. Håkan Andersson is currently President for the General Industry and Assembly Systems division within the same business area.

Valmet’s Chief Financial Officer Katri Hokkanen has decided to leave the company to pursue an opportunity outside of Valmet. She will continue in her current position to lead Finance and be an active member of Valmet’s Executive Leadership team until the end of September 2026 to ensure an orderly and seamless transition.

Armstrong Fluid Technology announced the appointment of Danilo Elez as Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Elez will lead the company’s next phase of growth and innovation.

The company now has a permanent presence at the Budapest office of its mother company Bufab in Hungary. BUMAX will focus on establishing the BUMAX brand and better supporting customers across the Eastern European region – particularly in the Baltic states, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, the Balkans and Turkey.

The Hydraulic Institute (HI), the largest association of pump manufacturers and suppliers to the pump industry in North America, and the global authority on pumps and pumping systems, installed new leadership during the 2026 Annual Conference in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL who will guide the organization through 2029.

Henrik Elmin, Senior Executive Vice President and Business Area President for Industrial Technique, has decided to leave the Group. He will remain in his position until September 2.

Atlas Copco AB’s Nomination Committee announced its proposal for the Board of Directors ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2026. The Committee proposes Martin Lundstedt to be elected as a new member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB.

The Endress+Hauser Group’s generational handover continues. The Swiss measurement and automation technology specialist has already announced a sweeping refresh of the Executive Board made necessary by the planned retirement of several long-serving members. Now the time is nearing for a change at the helm of the company’s Supervisory Board, with Steven Endress due to succeed Matthias Altendorf in April.
