HNP Mikrosysteme, headquartered in Schwerin, Germany, is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Coleman Wilhelmsen as Head of Business Development for North America.

Dr Klaus Endress, CEO of the Endress+Hauser Group for many years and president of the Supervisory Board since 2014, is celebrating his 75th birthday. As previously announced, he will end his active involvement in the family-owned business at the end of the year. However, he will remain closely associated with the Group as a shareholder and chairman of the Endress Family Council.

Back to his old domain: on January 1, 2024, Tobias Wetzel will become the new managerial head of Sales and Service at KHS. This has now been confirmed by the company’s supervisory board. The 50-year-old switches from the Mannesmann Stainless Tubes group, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of seamless stainless steel and nickel-based alloy tubes and pipes, to the systems provider.

After 35 years with the Group, and almost seven years as CEO, Mats Rahmström has informed the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB that he wishes to step down. Mats Rahmström will leave Atlas Copco and its Board, April 30th 2024.

Effective January 1, 2024, IT will be represented in Atlas Copco’s Group Management. Marcus Hvied, who today is General Manager IT Services and Head of Group IT (Information Technology) is appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer and becomes a member of the management team.

Hubert Achermann, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of GF and Independent Lead Director is retiring from the Board of Directors on reaching the age limit. The Board of Directors of GF will propose Stefan Räbsamen as a new member to the Annual General Meeting on 17 April 2024.

Kanishka Arumugam, Co-CEO of EKKI Water Technologies, has been appointed as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Warwick’s Institute for Global Sustainable Development (IGSD).

The Supervisory Board of GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft has appointed Bernd Brinker (58) as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from October 16, 2023. For a period of one year, he will succeed Marcus A. Ketter, who passed away suddenly on August 6, 2023.

Xylem Inc. announced that after a distinguished decade leading Xylem, President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Decker has announced his plans to retire as CEO at the end of 2023.

Andreas Renschler, former member of the Management Board of both Daimler AG and Volkswagen AG, joins the Supervisory Board of GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft as a new member by appointment of Düsseldorf Local Court effective September 1, 2023.
