With the appointment of its future Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Endress+Hauser Group has completed the comprehensive renewal of its Executive Board. The Supervisory Board has appointed Christian Mäder to succeed CFO Dr Luc Schultheiss, who will retire as planned on 1 February 2027 after 28 years with Endress+Hauser.

After exactly 23 years with the company, Technical Managing Director Martin Stadler is leaving ViscoTec. Overall responsibility will be assumed with immediate effect by the previous Commercial Managing Director, Franz Kamhuber, who thus stands for continuity and stability in the management of the company.

Armstrong Fluid Technology has named Chintan Kharche as Global Director of Offering Management, a strategic role that will shape the future of five major product lines. In this role, Kharche will lead innovation across the entire product lifecycle, driving market research, competitive analysis, product planning, and launches.

EKKI HOMA, the international joint venture between EKKI Pumps, India, and HOMA Pumpenfabrik GmbH, Germany, recently announced the association of Mr. N. K. Ranganath as Chief Advisor to the joint venture.

The WILO SE Supervisory Board has extended ahead of schedule the appointment of the incumbent President & Global CEO Oliver Hermes for a further six years until 31 December 2031. In addition, the Supervisory Board has appointed the Wilo Group’s Global Vice President Strategy, Tim Huetter, as General Representative of the water technology group.

The Management team of the KSB Group will continue to manage the company together until the end of 2027. The Administrative Board of KSB Management SE has extended the contract of Dr Stephan Timmermann (64) as per his request until 31 December 2027. Ralf Kannefass and Dr Matthias Schmitz have also agreed to extend their term of office by a further three years.

To boost the GEMÜ Group’s international presence and make customers an even greater priority, the Hohenlohe-based valve manufacturer reorganized its Company Management in November 2025. Stephan Gehrig is a new addition to Company Management at the GEMÜ Group as the new Managing Director of Sales and Marketing.

Three new people will strengthen the top level of management at Endress+Hauser, with the Supervisory Board appointing Dr Mirko Lehmann, Professor Katja Windt and Helena Svensson to the Group’s Executive Board.

DAB Pumps has announced the appointment of Carolyn Bainbridge as Area Sales Manager – North, further strengthening the company’s UK sales team as it continues to expand its presence and support for installers, merchants and contractors across the region.

ABB announced that it has appointed Christian Nilsson as CFO and member of the Executive Committee effective February 1, 2026. He will succeed Timo Ihamuotila, who has decided to step down from the Executive Committee at the same time and leave ABB at the end of 2026 ensuring a smooth transition.
