2017 was the fifth anniversary of IFAT India, and this year the show was more successful than ever before: 6,765 visitors took part in India´s leading trade fair for environmental technology between September 26 and 28. The core issue at the three-day fair was how technology can help master the high volumes of waste and the impact of extreme weather on the subcontinent. On show in Mumbai were tailored solutions for the Indian market.

Following on from the recent announcement that the BPMA’s ‘Lecture to Student’ training courses are now CPD accredited, the organisation is delighted to announce that both of its E-Learning courses have also achieved CPD status.

For the first time as a stand-alone event, IFAT Africa became the hub for environmental technology in Southern Africa. Over 1,800 visitors gathered over three days at the Johannesburg Expo Centre from September 12 to 14, 2017.

IFAT, the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management is further expanding its international network. From 2018, it will be a strategic partner to Fenasan in São Paulo, Brazil’s biggest trade fair for water technologies, which takes place every autumn in the Expo Center Norte.

IFAT India 2017 is gearing up for the start. Three weeks before the event opens, it is clear that India’s leading environmental technology trade fair has grown considerably in terms of the number of exhibitors and space.

Indonesia s largest international water and wastewater trade show – Indowater 2018 will be held again from 27-29 June 2018 at Grand City Convex in Surabaya (East Java).

From September 12 to 14, 2017, the Johannesburg Expo Centre will once again be the meeting point for the African environmental industry. IFAT Africa, the Trade Fair for Water, Sewage, Refuse and Recycling, being held for the second time, has gained more international appeal: Around 65 percent of the exhibitors are from abroad.

The organisation is moving up into high gear for the 41st edition of MCE – Mostra Convegno Expocomfort – the world’s leading biennial exhibition dedicated to residential and industrial installations, air-conditioning and renewable energy, enlivening the halls of Fiera Milano from 13th – 16th March 2018.

Pump Summit Düsseldorf, the international network meeting for pump specialists, will take place with an extended concept and in a new location – in Hall 5 of the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre from 27 to 29 November 2018.

Company will co-convene two workshops and continue its long-standing sponsorship of the Stockholm Water Prize and Stockholm Junior Water Prize.
