The Water Security in Africa (WASA) research programme convenes more than 100 researchers from Southern Africa and Germany for its kick-off conference, which will take place from 25 to 27 September 2024 in Stellenbosch, South Africa, and will be co-hosted by Stellenbosch University.

Titled “Urban Water Resilience – Reshaping Our Cities”, this year’s BLUE PLANET Berlin Water Dialogues on November 28 will concentrate on the need to improve water resilience in urban areas in the face of climate change. After last year’s focus on the circular water economy, this year’s edition will explore the interplay of blue, green and grey infrastructure to strengthen urban water resilience.

Europump (the European Pump Association) is delighted to announce that its 2025 Annual Meeting and General Assembly will be held in the historic city of Prague. Experts from the sanitation, heating and air-conditioning sector will be presenting solutions for sustainable and modern building services technology that can make this possible at ISH from 17 to 21 March 2025.

The guests of honour will tour the exhibition, meeting delegates and exhibitors, and hearing about the technologies and solutions being brought to bear on water and construction challenges in Africa and globally.
