EBARA Corporation (hereinafter: EBARA) has signed an equity transfer agreement, effective October 31, 2025, with the equity holders of GEMINI GERMEK HIDROMECÂNICA LTDA. (hereinafter: Germek), a company engaged in the design, manufacturing, sales, and service of pump units for the fire fighting and agriculture sectors, mainly in Brazil. The agreement was concluded through EBARA’s Brazilian subsidiary, EBARA Bombas América do Sul Ltda. EBARA plans to acquire 100% of Germek’s equity interest around the end of January 2026, subject to the necessary procedures under relevant laws and regulations.

After more than 50 years of successful cooperation, Endress+Hauser is taking over the process measurement division of EMC Industrial Group Ltd in New Zealand. The new sales office was integrated into the global network on 1 November 2025. Endress+Hauser New Zealand customers will benefit from more comprehensive support and additional offerings.

The Wilo Group is calling for water resilience measures to be implemented more rapidly. Together with numerous other global market leaders, the water technology group has signed the “Business Leaders’ Open Call to Accelerate Action on Water”. The public appeal was initiated by the Water Resilience Coalition of the CEO Water Mandate, an initiative founded by the UN Secretary-General and the UN Global Compact.

Water is a vital, indispensable resource—for us humans, of course, but also for the economy. The management and protection of water resources, ecosystems, and drinking water is one of the cornerstones of environmental protection and is becoming increasingly important. The market for water treatment solutions is therefore growing rapidly, but at the same time is extremely fragmented, as there are so many different suppliers.

The Endress+Hauser Group has opened a new development and production center for temperature measurement and system products at its Nesselwang site in southern Germany’s Allgäu region. The new addition further solidifies the family-owned company’s commitment to the region and expands its global network.

The Wilo Group has once again won the German Sustainability Award (DNP). The jury selected the multinational water technology group as the winner for the ‘Hydraulics, Pumps and Compressors’ industry, recognising, among other things, Wilo’s holistic focus on sustainable innovation.

ABB announced that it has appointed Christian Nilsson as CFO and member of the Executive Committee effective February 1, 2026. He will succeed Timo Ihamuotila, who has decided to step down from the Executive Committee at the same time and leave ABB at the end of 2026 ensuring a smooth transition.

CIRCOR International, Inc., a KKR portfolio company and a global manufacturer of flow control products for industrial and aerospace markets, announced that it has acquired essentially all the operating assets related to the herringbone gear pump product line of Flowserve Corporation.

Dr. Mattia Bartoli of the Italian Institute of Technology & Politecnico di Torino was presented with the IUVSTA EBARA Award (hereinafter, “the Award”) at the 23rd International Vacuum Congress (hereinafter, IVC-23), which was held in September by the International Union for Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications (hereinafter, IUVSTA), an organization sponsored by EBARA Corporation (hereinafter, “EBARA”).
