The Hydraulic Institute (HI) announces the launch of Hydraulic Institute University (HI U), an initiative to provide product-neutral training and educational resources on pumps and pump systems.

Endress+Hauser is driving digitalization forward – in its products, in customer interaction and in internal collaboration. Endress+Hauser InfoServe, the Group’s IT service provider, plays a key role in this. Oliver Blum will take over as the new managing director on 1 January 2025. He was previously Corporate Director Supply Chain at Endress+Hauser.

German drive specialist Flender announced that it has once again been awarded the platinum medal by EcoVadis, the world’s most renowned provider of sustainability ratings for companies. Flender remains in the top one percent of companies rated by EcoVadis.

Sulzer has opened a new Service Center in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, the first-of-its-kind in Kuwait to provide around-the-clock engineering services for all brands of pumps and rotating equipment. The newly opened Service Center supports over 1,500 Sulzer pumps already installed in local plants across Kuwait, while further servicing pumps from other brands. This is the first time an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) offers such comprehensive services in the region.

With the International German Sustainability Award (IDNP), Wilo and the German Sustainability Award Foundation have recognised innovative business partnership for a second time. The award honours partnerships between organisations of the Global North and South which make a significant contribution to sustainability with environmental and efficiency technology.
