Sulzer has signed a long-term Corporate Procurement Agreement (CPA) with Aramco. The agreement sets a framework for the supply of centrifugal pumps, spare parts, and aftermarket services across Aramco’s global operations under a five-year strategic partnership, with an option to extend for an additional three years.

Armstrong Industrial has formalised a strategic partnership with Hystar, the Norwegian developer and manufacturer of ultra-efficient PEM stacks, to deliver integrated and modular hydrogen production plants ranging from 1 MW to 20 MW with larger options available.

Sulzer has signed a joint venture (JV) with Jawaby Services & Investments Ltd (JSIL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC), to provide in country rotating equipment services in Libya. The new entity, named Jawaby Sulzer Services, will provide in country services delivered with the highest industry standards for oil & gas, power generation and industrial operations.

Pump and valve manufacturer KSB is consistently advancing its digital strategy. The company is significantly expanding its strategic partnership with ai-omatic solutions and is increasing its stake in the Hamburg-based AI start-up from previously 5 percent to now 47 percent. With this step, KSB is deepening its collaboration in the field of AI-supported service platforms.

The pump manufacturer Tsurumi is expanding its portfolio and will be collaborating with the Italian specialist Dragflow in the UK in future. The aim is to offer users in the construction, mining and municipal infrastructure sectors a broader range of solutions for dewatering, slurry pumping and sediment management.

By signing a partnership agreement, water technology group Wilo and AI technology company InstaDeep have sealed the deal to kick off a long-term cooperation. The two pioneering companies are now working on systematically integrating water technology and AI across several defined applications.

EKKI Group, together with Germany-based HOMA Pumpenfabrik, has expanded their joint-venture manufacturing facility EKKI HOMA, strengthening the production of advanced sewage pumping solutions in Coimbatore, India.
