GF announces that its GF Uponor division is renamed as GF Building Flow Solutions with immediate effect.

Busch Vacuum Solutions, Pfeiffer Vacuum and centrotherm clean solutions are now united under the umbrella of the new Busch Group. Headquartered in Germany’s Black Forest, the Busch Group is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of comprehensive vacuum solutions, including vacuum pumps, vacuum systems, blowers, compressors and gas abatement systems.

Endress+Hauser plans to take over Swiss Angenstein ESTECH AG, including the company’s production site in Cernay, France, ESTECH Industries Angenstein SA, succursale de Cernay.

Watts Water Technologies, Inc. announced on January 2, 2024 that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Josam Company (“Josam”), a leading provider and manufacturer of drainage and plumbing products for over 100 years.

Franklin Electric Co., Inc. announced that on December 31, 2023, its wholly owned subsidiary Headwater Companies, LLC acquired substantially all of the assets of LCA Pump, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, which operates Water Works Pump.

KRACHT GmbH (Kracht), a manufacturer of high-quality technologies including external gear pumps, fluid measurement, valves, hydraulic drives, and dosing systems has become part of Atlas Copco Group.

WILO Canada Inc., a subsidiary of WILO SE, has acquired the assets of PLAD Equipment Ltd., a company specialising in pumps and packaged pump systems for HVAC, boosting, firefighting, and irrigation applications. Plad, based in Montreal and Quebec City, Canada, also offers pump repair and machining services.

ViscoTec works with more than 30 distributors worldwide. Some of them have been important partners for ViscoTec for a long time, including the Danish company Scanmaster which has been distributing ViscoTec products since 2017. Henning Pedersen, Managing Director of Scanmaster, has familiarized himself with ViscoTec’s pump and dosing technology in a very short time.
