Pentair plc announced that it has completed its acquisition of Be the Change Labs, Inc., d/b/a Rocean.

NSK Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire Brüel & Kjær Vibro, a leading specialist in condition monitoring systems (CMS), from Spectris Plc.

GF Piping Systems, a GF division, announces the acquisition of FGS Brasil Indústria e Comércio Ltda. (FGS), Cajamar (Brazil). As a leading manufacturer of polyethylene piping systems, FGS serves the local water and gas distribution market and other industrial segments.

Following the sale of SPI Energie in January and the sale of KSB Service Energie, STII and KSB Service Cotumer in June, KSB has completed the restructuring of its French service activities with the sale of its subsidiary EITB Sitelec, which specialises in the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, to the Dalkia Group.

AxFlow Austria is strengthening its service offering with the acquisition of Tuma Pumpensysteme GmbH, a family-owned pump distribution and service company, specialised in vacuum-, centrifugal- and positive displacement pumps with main customers in engineering, food & beverage, pharma and chemicals.

The pump manufacturer Svanehøj has acquired FORCE Technology’s Marine Equipment Service department. This means that Svanehøj becomes a full-scope cargo system service provider with competencies in servicing and calibrating pumps, compressors, valves and instrumentation.

Retroactive to October 1, 2020, Lewa GmbH sold its Norwegian subsidiary, Lewa Nikkiso Norway AS, to Ellingsen Systems AS on October 22, 2020. The new owner will continue the branch office as a subsidiary under the name Pump Service AS.

Franklin Electric announced that it has acquired Waterite Inc. and its affiliate Waterite America Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, in an all cash transaction.

OPW announced that is has acquired the ISO Liquid Tank Container product line from Girard Equipment, Inc., of Vero Beach, FL. Going forward, OPW will manufacture the ISO Liquid Tank Container product line at OPW’s facility in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, China, with emphasis on increasing OPW’s presence and product portfolio in the Asia-Pacific, Latin American and European regions.

Atlas Copco has completed the acquisition of MEDGAS-Technik GmbH.
