As part of an asset deal, WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, has acquired the operating business of QuantumFlo, Inc, a specialist in pressure boosting systems and intelligent pump systems. The company, based in Sanford, Florida/USA, offers high-quality products and innovative, user-friendly software solutions for the design and control of pressure boosting systems.

Atlas Copco has acquired AEP, a French distributor of compressors and provider of service. The company has a strong market presence in Paris and the Île-de-France region.

With effect from 1 October 2021, Heitkamp Industrial Solutions GmbH takes over assets and staff of the piping specialist ROBA Piping Projects GmbH. Founded in 1989, ROBA has decades of experience and proven know-how in piping and plant construction and thus strengthens the activities in the delivery of industrial plant by Heitkamp Industrial Solutions GmbH.

Grundfos has entered into an agreement to acquire Mechanical Equipment Company, Inc. Based in the United States, MECO is one of the world leaders in the industrial water treatment market with manufacturing and sales offices in the United States as well as international offices in Singapore and Ireland.

With its second acquisition in less than a year, Svanehøj expands its OEM activities and adds new skills to its rapidly growing service department for gas tankers.

Pentair plc announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pleatco, a manufacturer of water filtration and clean air technologies for pool, spa and industrial air customers. Pleatco is a current portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, a private equity firm with investment teams in Dallas, TX and Cleveland, OH.

AxFlow GmbH Germany announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Ateliers Ehrismann SA – Geneva-based company active in the service of electric motors, pumps and other electrical and mechanical machinery.

Atlas Copco has acquired CPC Pumps International Inc. The company specializes in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of custom-engineered, mission critical centrifugal pumps. CPC Pumps has 110 employees and is based in Burlington in Ontario, Canada, with North America as their main market.

Voith acquired a majority share in the Croatian Small Hydro company Sintaksa, specialized in products and services for electromechanical and automation systems. The agreement took place on July 31, 2020 in Zagreb, Croatia.

The boards of British Water and the Water Industry Forum have confirmed that the proposed merger of their two organisations is to go ahead and will now prepare detailed plans and agree the timetable leading to merger later this year.
