The certification from the Top Employer Institute is proof of Wilo's performance, particularly in the areas of careers, digital HR and sustainability. The corresponding employee offerings and processes are the result of continuous development and improvement. For the 8th time in a row, Wilo has been certified as Top Employer Germany.

"Even under the challenging circumstances of the global Corona pandemic, our employees identify very strongly with the company. Mobile working, online training, as well as technological tools such as SafeTags or digital plant tours have not only enabled us to work together safely at Wilopark. They have also allowed us to break completely new grounds in international collaboration."
