Saniflo HS Surge Dampeners are designed for demanding solids handling applications commonly found in the sanitary industries and are approved for use in explosive environments.

Utilizing a liquid chamber designed for superior delicate product handling, drainability, and diaphragm life, these dampeners make a perfect match for your Saniflo HS pump applications. Wilden surge dampeners self-adjust to fluctuating inlet pressures and use a very low volume of compressed air to dampen the pulsation of a sanitary pump, making the dampeners flexible, versatile, and user-friendly for a variety of processes.

Featuring a metal regulator body, available in nickel-plated aluminum and stainless steel, these dampeners use the existing Wilden air chambers, clamp bands and hardware to simplify maintenance. In addition, all standard sanitary Wilden diaphragm options are available to meet the most demanding application requirements.

The Saniflo Hygienic Series Surge Dampeners possess the ability to handle up to 76 mm (3”) compressible solids and are available in three sizes, 38 mm (1-1/2”), 51 mm (2”) and 76 mm (3”). With a maximum operating pressure of 8.6 bar (125 psig), they meet FDA, EHEDG, ATEX, and USP Class VI standards when configured with PTFE integral piston diaphragms.
