Triark is delighted to have entered into a distribution agreement with leading motor manufacturer, WEG UK Limited.

Founded in 1961, WEG have grown into a market leader in the design and production of electrical rotating machines and automation products, delivering more than 12 million electric motors annually. WEG employ over 22,000 people and are present in over 50 countries across all five continents. In an increasingly competitive market place WEG’s goal is to be recognised globally as a benchmark brand for electrical machines. It aims to achieve this by supplying efficient, complete solutions and by building strong relationships with its customers.

Commenting on the agreement, Triark’s MD, David Rozée said "I am very pleased to be working with WEG and to be carrying in stock a range of its motors and drives. The WEG story is amazing and this, along with the fact that it is already producing electric motors that meet the Minimum Energy Performance Standards (EU MEPS) with their IE2, IE3 and IE4 ranges, well in advance of legislation, means that we are a great fit."

WEG (UK)’s Distribution Manager, Stuart Gilchrist added,” We are pleased to welcome Triark Pumps into the WEG (UK) network, and look forward to developing a strong growth partnership. We have been impressed with the way in which the company services its customers through its pump range, and have no doubt Triark will adopt the same levels of service and expertise through its addition of the WEG range of motors and drives.”
