The combination of main and satellite units increases the system flexibility. The main unit can be extended with up to two satellite units. This makes the controller the right choice for many scenarios, even on a large scale, such as cooling water treatment. The software modules are freely configurable and can be easily adapted to customer applications; programming knowledge is not needed. The system can be conveniently remote controlled thanks to a variety of communication options. A customisable web server enables easy management, tracking and visualisation of data, even remotely, via DULCONNEX. This allows entire processes to be efficiently monitored and controlled, from the inflow of process water to the discharge of treated water. With the satellite units, individual system components can be controlled decentrally and customised to the complexity of the respective application, which is ideal for spatially distributed systems.

The DULCOMETER diaLog X is suitable for a variety of applications, including potable water treatment, waste water treatment in the paper and pulp industry, fish processing, fish and shrimp farming, and fruit and vegetable cleaning.

Wet Air Oxidation – Treating Spent Caustic Liquors

30.09.2024 -

Wastewater from ethylene production in chemical and petrochemical industries as well as in petroleum refineries poses a particular challenge in terms of water treatment. As it contains hazardous pollutants such as sulfides and mercaptans, that do not respond to traditional treatment methods, chemical companies and refineries resort to Wet Air Oxidation (WAO).
