Manufactured by ClydeUnion Pumps, the CUP-BB3 is a heavy duty, axial split case, horizontal pump with opposing impellers and can be supplied with either single or double suction first stage impeller pumps. It is specifically designed for heavy duty, medium and high pressure flow control applications, ranging from desalination, boiler feed and high pressure metals descaling to downstream oil & gas processing and production.

The CUP-BB3 is designed with reliability in mind and has a proven track record in the field. It features a double volute design and 360° mount to reduce vibration and radial thrust loads, extending component life and improving MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures). As standard, the CUP-BB3 uses integral wear rings, which helps reduce the risk of failure due to wear part displacement. The pump also features seal chamber dimensions that allow easy access and a stepped shaft for ease of assembly/disassembly, simplifying maintenance.

Compliant with the latest editions of API 610 and API 682, the CUP-BB3 has a capacity of up to 12,000 USgpm (3,000m3/hour) and delivers up to 11,000 ft (3,350 m) at speeds up to 6,500 rpm. In addition to OEM manufacture to meet client requirements, Celeros Flow Technology offers a range of full lifecycle services to help customers maintain optimal pump performance.
