Verder Awarded Scottish Water Framework Agreement

Craig Bolling, Regional Sales Engineer for Scotland, says: “Scottish Water has a commitment to deliver water and waste water to personal and business customers across Scotland. To be able to deliver on this promise, it needs to establish long-term framework agreements with leading manufacturers and service providers. Verder had to undergo a rigorous tendering procedure before Scottish Water concluded that we provided ‘the most economically advantageous tender’. According to Scottish Water we also defined and reflected the values and goals of Scottish Water; our products would deliver the best and measurable added value; our business approach would work in creating excellence in supply chain partnering and our supplied products would compete through superior underlying value.

“Verder works closely with all its customers, offering help and advice as well as supplying a product with technical support. We know we fought off some stiff competition to secure this agreement so are thrilled that the organisation concluded that the Verderflex range of pumps provided the best added value and aim to enhance this even further over the framework period by introducing the Dura range of peristaltic pumps. Verder looks forward to developing a close working relationship with Scottish Water to help it deliver its commitment to customers.”
