Marked by the ceremonial signing of a document in February 2021, Managing Partner of the GEMÜ Group Gert Müller and Managing Director of the GEMÜ Group Stephan Müller officially confirmed the start of the "GEMÜ headquarters" building project in the Hohenlohe business park in Kupferzell, Germany. A modern office building for around 300 staff has since been built over an area of approximately 14,000 m². In addition to office workstations, the new headquarters also include an impressive area for customer visits, as well as a company restaurant for GEMÜ members of staff.
The new building is GEMÜ's third in the Hohenlohe business park, after the European Production and Logistics Centre (PLZ) and the Surface Technology Centre (OTZ). GEMÜ took inspiration from state-of-the-art office concepts when designing the new headquarters. "By moving into the new headquarters for our 60th anniversary, we're opening a promising new chapter in GEMÜ's company history," says Gert Müller, Managing Partner of the GEMÜ Group.
60 years of GEMÜ: Cause for celebration
This year, GEMÜ is celebrating its 60th anniversary. Since its foundation in 1964, the company has developed into a global manufacturer of valves, measurement and control systems. GEMÜ is also a market leader when it comes to solutions for sterile applications.
The anniversary is an occasion to look back on the GEMÜ Group's history of success, while also looking to the future. "We're proud of our traditions and innovative capacity. The 60th anniversary is an opportunity to thank our employees, customers and business partners for their loyalty and support," says Gert Müller.
Wide range of activities during the anniversary year
Over the course of the year, GEMÜ is organizing various activities to fittingly celebrate its 60th anniversary. A particular highlight of the internal events will be the anniversary show with German singer-songwriter Nico Santos. The concert will be taking place on the GEMÜ company premises in the Hohenlohe business park in July 2024 and will offer members of staff a unique opportunity to celebrate together and to pay tribute to GEMÜ's success story.
