The new facility will include an expansive, state-of-the-art warehouse, in-house gear regrinding capabilities, and consolidated storage to expedite parts access. The official groundbreaking ceremony, which took place on Friday, June 27, was attended by local government representatives, marking the commencement of this transformative project.

Strategically positioned adjacent to Flender’s existing building, the new facility will operate in synergy with the company’s Cambridge, Ontario location, both offering comprehensive repair and remanufacturing services. These facilities cater to industry and wind service segments and are supported by dedicated sales teams.

Flender remains at the forefront by supporting with unmatched capabilities more wind turbine platforms and multi-brand repairs. The expansion reinforces Flender’s global footprint and its dedication to powering the future of wind and industry.

Flender anticipates a grand opening event when the operations commence in February 2026, marking the start of a new era of service excellence for Flender in North America.
