EBARA Group Companies Announce Amalgamation and New Corporate Names

EBARA Group companies Hayward Gordon ULC ("HGULC"), EBARA Pumps Canada Corporation ("EPCC") and Scott Turbon Mixer, Inc. (STM) have announced their strategic amalgamation and name changes effective June 30, 2024.

HGULC, which develops industrial pumps and mixers, and EPCC, which develops standard pumps, have amalgamated to form EBARA HG ULC. And STM, which develops sanitary mixers, has changed its name to EBARA Mixers Inc.

By integrating the expertise and resources of the three companies, they will continue to provide customers with high value-added products and innovative solutions.

EBARA CORPORATION (EBARA) announces the successful operation of its new leak-free canned motor pump for liquid ammonia, which features a newly developed structure introduced in September 2023. The product was delivered to JERA Co., Inc.’s Hekinan Thermal Power Station for demonstration of fuel ammonia substitution, and it successfully operated using liquid ammonia on-site.

Elliott Group to Supply Equipment for the Port Arthur LNG Phase 1 Project

Elliott Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of EBARA CORPORATION, announced that it has won an order to supply cryogenic rotating equipment for the Port Arthur LNG Phase 1 project in Jefferson County, Texas. Elliott will supply cryogenic pumps, expanders, boil-off gas (BOG) compressors, and end flash gas (EFG) compressors for the project, which is being developed by Sempra Infrastructure.
