With more than 30 years’ experience spanning client relationship management, people leadership and business development across multiple industries, Carolyn brings a wealth of transferable skills and a proven ability to build trusted, long-term relationships.

Valued for her proactive and people-centred approach, she has led teams to deliver measurable improvements in both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout her career.

Commenting on her appointment, Carolyn says: “I’m thrilled to be joining DAB Pumps at such an exciting time for the business. The brand has a strong reputation for innovation and reliability, but what really stands out is its commitment to people - both customers and colleagues.
