AxFlow Norway Acquires OE Solutions & Safe Supply

AxFlow A/S, part of AxFlow Group has acquired Stavanger-based OE Solutions AS & Safe supply AS - product, service and engineering experts in Oil and Offshore. The acquisition, which was formalized in September, is a next step in developing a strong foothold in service and systems development as it provides AxFlow with a substantial in-house engineering and maintenance resources.

OE Solutions & Safe Supply has been active in the Oil and Offshore business for nearly three decades. Today they are recognised as exclusive providers of high quality products demanded by oil service companies. They are also very successful in design and service of specialised systems for cleaning decks and pits.

Odd Jarle Dale, the Managing Director and co-founder of OE solutions & Safe Supply says about the acquisition: “Being a part of an international group like AxFlow enables us to reach out to a much wider geographic market with our systems and solutions. We also believe that there are great synergies with the AxFlow organisation in Oslo when it comes to products as well as competence.”

OE Solutions & Safe Supply was established in 2008 and 1986 respectively in Sandnes in Stavanger area. Their total turnover in 2012 reached 45 MNOK. Together with AxFlow A/S the new Company turns over almost 233 MNOK with 53 employees.
