Breakthrough Technologies Are Increasing Water Security for Communities and Businesses

Thirteen startups from nine countries have been selected to fast-track their solutions in global water technology company Xylem’s 2025 Partnerships Accelerator. Focused on addressing critical challenges facing water-stressed communities and water-intensive businesses, their technologies offer new ways to detect contamination, optimize aging systems, reduce energy use, and, critically, keep water flowing.

KSB Satisfied with the First Quarter of 2025

The Frankenthal-based pump and valve manufacturer KSB continued the positive trend of the 2024 financial year in the first quarter of 2025. Order intake and sales revenue as well as earnings before finance income / expense and income tax (EBIT), adjusted for the costs of introducing SAP S/4HANA, were up on the comparative quarter of the previous year.

Xylem Reports First Quarter 2025 Results

Xylem reported first-quarter 2025 results. The Company delivered total revenue of $2.1 billion, on strong execution and demand, partially offset by foreign exchange headwinds. First-quarter earnings per share were up 10 percent on a reported basis and 14 percent on an adjusted basis.
