NETZSCH Presents A Worldwide New Pump Concept

NETZSCH Pumps & Systems, announces the NEMO R. MY Magnetically Coupled Pump, an innovative pump designed to meet the most demanding requirements of industries requiring leak-free pumping solutions. It is ideal for use in chemical, pharmaceutical, paint, and food applications to convey highly viscous product.

As part of one of the largest investments in Europe for wastewater treatment, a plant near Naples, Italy, was equipped with innovative technologies to improve water quality while minimizing energy usage. At the core of effective denitrification operations are Sulzer’s XRW 400 submersible mixers with a permanent magnet motor, which could cut energy costs by up to EUR 45’000.

NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme, the global specialist for conveying complex media with headquarters in Waldkraiburg, is presenting its further development of the NEMO progressing cavity pump for the first time at ACHEMA, the world’s leading trade fair for the process industry: The NEMO MY magnetically coupled pump.

The latest addition to the ViSCO.series, the ViSCO.pharma, strengthens Beinlich Pumpen’s portfolio of progressiv cavity pumps. The specially developed pump precisely fulfils the filling and dosing requirements of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

End of March, NETZSCH Pumps & Systems officially opened the new NOTOS multi screw pump plant in Pomerode, Santa Catarina, Brazil. The new factory in the Testo Central district marks an important milestone in NETZSCH’s seventy-year history. The construction work began in August 2021 and was completed in less than three years despite countless challenges.

At IFAT, Vogelsang GmbH & Co. KG will be showing the conical HiCone progressive cavity pump for use in wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. Additionally, a 3D model of a small, compact version of the HiCone will be on display.
