Andritz to Supply Irrigation Pumps to India

International technology group ANDRITZ has received an order from Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL), India’s largest renewable energy company and a leading global player, to equip the new Gandikota pumped storage plant in the YSR Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Orbia Advance Corporation S.A.B. de CV (BMV: Orbia) confirms the successful completion of its previously announced divestiture and technology licensing agreement with The Supreme Industries Ltd. (Supreme), India’s largest plastic pipe manufacturer. Under this finalized transaction, Supreme has acquired Orbia Building & Infrastructure’s (Wavin) pipes and fittings business in India for USD 30 million, plus net working capital adjustments.

With 70 years of experience and over $250 million (₹2,000 crore+) in annual revenue, the Bengaluru-headquartered URC is a specialist in high-tech, large-scale construction projects.

Sulzer has expanded its Service Center in Vadodara, India, to offer turbomachinery support in close proximity to major industry players in India’s mid-western oil and gas industrial belt. The expansion follows the recent launch of Sulzer’s Chennai Service Centre in southeastern India, reinforcing the company’s commitment to the Indian market as the country intensifies its focus on energy security and sustainability.
