The Sulzer Board of Directors has appointed Fabrice Billard as Chief Strategy Officer and member of the Sulzer Executive Committee. Billard, who is currently Head of the Mass Transfer Technology business unit of Chemtech, will assume his role as of March 1, 2015. He will be responsible for the implementation of the Sulzer Full Potential program.

Chuck Martin has recently joined the team at M & C Pump Americas, LLC as Executive Vice President and principal minority owner.

Flowserve Corporation announced that Michael Taff, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will be leaving the company. To ensure a smooth transition, Taff will be staying on through March 31.

Travis Horak, formerly the manager of Planning, will be the new manager of the Procurement/Planning Group. Travis will continue to report to Dan Kaplan, Operations Manager for Canby, Oregon.

Atlas Copco Portable Energy has appointed two new Product Marketing Managers and a new R&D Manager to support the rapid expansion of its pump business. Ola Hällgren is now responsible for the development and marketing of electrical pumps and Joakim Cronstrand will oversee diesel pumps. Martin Lindskog is the new R&D Manager.

Xylem announced the appointment of Anthony Milando as Senior Vice President for Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation, effective February 2, 2015. In this newly created position, Milando will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process simplification across the organization, reporting directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Decker.

Parker Hannifin announced that its Board of Directors has elected company veterans Thomas L. Williams as Chief Executive Officer and Lee C. Banks as President and Chief Operating Officer, each effective February 1, 2015.

With May 1, 2014, Mr. Michael Auer took charge for international sales at Zuwa. In his position he is responsible for all strategic and operative sales activities of the German pump manufacturer with focus on professional Impeller pumps and spraying devices.

Isabelle Welton and Rudolf Huber, members of the Board of Directors of Georg Fischer, will not stand for re-election at the next Annual Shareholders Meeting on 18 March 2015. The Board of Directors is to propose Eveline Saupper for election as a new member. A statutory reduction of the Board size from ten to nine members will be submitted to the shareholders.

Effective immediately, Richard Thompson has been appointed Vice President, Ebara Fluid Handling Division (FHD) and will assume full management and overall operations of the division.
