Valmet has signed a nationwide agreement with Petrobras (Petróleo Brasileiro S.A.), the largest energy company in Brazil. The agreement covers the supply of spare parts of Neles valves, actuators, and positioners across all Petrobras operational units, including oil and natural gas exploration, production, refining, commercialization, and power generation.

Orbia Advance Corporation S.A.B. de CV (BMV: Orbia) confirms the successful completion of its previously announced divestiture and technology licensing agreement with The Supreme Industries Ltd. (Supreme), India’s largest plastic pipe manufacturer. Under this finalized transaction, Supreme has acquired Orbia Building & Infrastructure’s (Wavin) pipes and fittings business in India for USD 30 million, plus net working capital adjustments.

Effective November 1, 2025, Birgit Seeger will become CEO of NORMA Group. The Supervisory Board of NORMA Group today appointed her as the future Chair of the Management Board. As planned, the current interim CEO Mark Wilhelms will return to the Supervisory Board as of November 1.

The Hydraulic Institute (HI) and the Consortium for Energy Efficiency (CEE) are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to formalize their collaboration in advancing energy efficiency in commercial and industrial pumping systems. The Frankenthal-based pump and valve manufacturer KSB continued the positive trend of the 2024 financial year in the first six months of 2025, despite facing challenging conditions. Order intake and sales revenue as well as earnings before finance income / expense and income tax (EBIT), adjusted for the costs of introducing SAP S/4HANA, were up on the comparative half of the previous year.

GF has signed an agreement to divest GF Casting Solutions’ automotive business to Nemak S.A.B. de C.V., a Mexico-based global leader in aluminum lightweighting solutions for the automotive industry. Closing is expected to take place in the second half of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. With this transaction, GF’s strategic transformation into a pure-play Flow Solutions company is near completion.
