EBARA Pumps Europe S.p.A. (EPE), a group company of EBARA CORPORATION (EBARA), has reached an agreement with SKF Lubrication Systems Germany GmbH (SKF), a subsidiary of SKF Group, regarding the transfer of SKF’s coolant pump (Spandau Pumpen) business. The agreement was signed on July 11th, 2023.

Franklin Electric announced that Donald Kenney, Vice President and President, Global Water, will be retiring after 25 years with the company. Sulzer announces the opening of its new purpose-built, 1,680-square-meter service center in Lausitz, Germany. Hosting a mechanical seal repair shop, the facility is authorized to perform repairs, retrofits, reverse engineering and parts manufacturing on all types of rotating equipment using enhanced digital technologies.

Felix Kleinert, the CEO of the Waldkraiburg-based company NETZSCH Pumpen & Systeme GmbH, is taking his well-deserved retirement at the end of the fiscal year on June 30, 2023. After almost 25 years with the company, Kleinert is now handing over the scepter to Mr. Andreas Denker.
