Atlas Copco’s footprint and expertise have improved critical dewatering operations on a strategic infrastructure project in The Philippines. The Dipolog-Dapitan bridge project is one of several development initiatives on the island of Mindanao, intended to boost economic growth in the region. Despite high levels of rainfall, safe working conditions have been maintained and the project has been kept on schedule through the deployment of Atlas Copco dewatering pumps.

Celeros Flow Technology (Celeros FT) is contributing to the decarbonization of offshore oil & gas operations in the North Sea. The company has successfully secured a contract to provide two new water injection packages, including the electric motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs), for the AKER/OKEA power from shore project off the coast of Norway.

Alternative approaches to phosphorus removal at rural wastewater treatment works are being explored in an innovation project led by United Utilities. Incorporating advanced pump technology from Celeros FT’s ClydeUnion Pumps brand, these supercritical CO2 injection packages will be among the world’s largest.

The Turkish water authority Devlet Su İşleri (DSI) has selected international technology group ANDRITZ to supply the electro-mechanical equipment for the new 160 MW Silvan hydropower plant in Türkiye. The company will supply four 40 MW turbines, four generators, associated hydropower plant equipment, and a 154 kV switchyard system.
