    The City of El Mirage, Arizona has significantly improved reliability and reduced maintenance at its water and wastewater treatment facilities since replacing its diaphragm pumps with 13 Qdos 20 peristaltic chemical metering pumps supplied by Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions (WMFTS). The pumps were installed at remote well sites and a wastewater reclamation facility.

    Rental Bypass for Aeration Tank Delivers Reliable Performance During Upgrade

    To upgrade an aeration tank at a major wastewater treatment plant in Toulouse, France, the plant required a bypass solution that could efficiently reroute 10,000 cubic meters of water per hour. The local water utility, Eau de Toulouse Métropole, partnered with Xylem’s rental team to install a customized bypass solution that not only operated without fail but also saved energy.
