Verder announces the acquisition of Sauermann, a supplier in the HVAC-R market. This strategic acquisition marks a significant step forward for Verder, as it continues to expand its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the global pump and equipment industry.

WEG announced the signing of agreements to acquire Volt Electric Motors (“Volt”), a Turkish manufacturer of industrial and commercial electric motors, a subsidiary of the Saya Group. The acquisition value is US$ 88 million (Enterprise Value – EV), to be paid after the transaction is completed, subject to common price adjustments for this type of operation.

Uniwater, one of the Nordic region’s groups in water infrastructure, has acquired Kudsk, a Danish company that operates in hot tapping, line blocking and leak monitoring of water infrastructure and district heating. The acquisition strengthens Uniwater’s offering geographically in maintenance services with lower environmental impact.

The agreement, signed on 15 July 2024, formalizes the acquisition of the entire capital of Zenit International S.p.A., the holding company of Zenit Group, by Tsurumi Manufacturing co., LTD, a leading multinational company in the production and distribution of electric pumps based in Japan.
