Weir: Group Executive changes

The Weir Group PLC is pleased to announce the following two appointments to its Group Executive from 1 January 2014.

John Heasley who is currently Managing Director, Valves, will step up to the role of Divisional Managing Director, Power and Industrial. He joined Weir in 2008 and has been part of the Power & Industrial leadership team since 2011. John succeeds Kevin Spencer, who will retire at the end of December 2013.

Andrew Neilson will assume the role of Director of Strategy and Corporate Affairs. He joined Weir in 2010, since when he has led the development of the Group’s strategy.
