VSX with New Support Area on Company Website

For some time now, the company has been providing a range of video tutorials explaining the use of the Spaix software solution for pump sales. Here the focus is on the application of pump selection, configuration and quote generation of the CPQ software. The new offer is now aimed at data administrators of the pump manufacturer.
The just introduced information portal contains a lot of documentation on specific functions and subject areas, as well as a selection of video tutorials for data creation. "On the one hand, we see in our support team that certain features require explanation, and on the other hand, we see from our customers' applications that the potential of Spaix is not always fully exploited. This is where we want to give our customers targeted additional support with our new offer." says Managing Director, Jens-Uwe Vogel, describing the company’s motivation.
The information is accessible via the company's website in the Customer Center section. Customers have the option to register in order to gain access to the portal. After successful approval, users have the opportunity to acquaint themselves with the Spaix database program by watching video tutorials or downloading help files and manuals. In addition, they can find comprehensive product documentation as well as brochures and factsheets on various Spaix modules.
If a new update of a Spaix version is available, the so-called changelogs appear in the support area. These contain information about corrections, extensions and customizations of the respective Spaix updates.
The content of the Customer Center is continuously updated and expanded.
