Uniwater Acquires Danish Company Kudsk

Uniwater, one of the Nordic region's groups in water infrastructure, has acquired Kudsk, a Danish company that operates in hot tapping, line blocking and leak monitoring of water infrastructure and district heating. The acquisition strengthens Uniwater's offering geographically in maintenance services with lower environmental impact.

The acquisition of Kudsk is an important step in our Nordic expansion. Kudsk has a strong position in the Danish market and contributes to strengthening our specialist expertise in hot tapping and line blocking and the geographical reach of our offering. Kudsk Service Aps is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and specializes in the maintenance of pressurized systems in water, sewage, district heating, district cooling and industry through hot tapping and blocking. The company also offers services in leak monitoring, muffing and consulting.Kudsk currently has 9 employees and is led by CEO René Mortensson.

The acquisition of Kudsk was completed in mid-July 2024 and strengthens Uniwater's business area Solutions, which already includes Proco Services, Tonisco and Svanesunds Rör.
