Sulzer Elbar # 1 in Customer Satisfaction

In a recent market survey by Frost & Sullivan (London) on European power plant maintenance repair and overhaul strategies, Sulzer Elbar, a subsidiary of Sulzer Turbomachinery Services, achieved the highest rating in the category customer satisfaction.

Sulzer Elbar thereby ranked above both third party and OEM service providers. This ranking indicates appreciation of quality of work, technical know-how, and price level.

As a result, Frost & Sullivan has given Sulzer Elbar the Customer Engineering Award for customer satisfaction in gas turbine services.

British Water’s annual UK Water Company Performance Survey asks contractors, consultants and suppliers to rate their clients’ performance in 12 areas, including professionalism, contractual approach and communication.
