The DURO-LAST Conversion is designed to maximize system longevity and value by reusing existing rotating assemblies and controls, significantly reducing overall upgrade costs. The conversion is available in the newest EVERLAST product line featuring one-piece tip-up hoods or two-piece sliding hoods and the RAPIDJACK Quick Clean Check Valve.

Each conversion package is engineered and built to include the stainless steel baseplate, volutes, station piping, fiberglass hood with lift assist, wet well access entrance, control panel mounting struts with vacuum pump shelf, blower and vents, and all required hardware. For added performance, operators can select the optional WaveStart Priming System, a virtually maintenance-free upgrade that ensures consistent priming and reduces downtime.

With its robust design and long-term warranty, the DURO-LAST Baseplate Conversion extends pump station life by more than 25 years. Customers also benefit from easier maintenance, enhanced operator safety, lower life-cycle costs, and the ability to efficiently upgrade without complete replacement.
