Pentair Jung Pumpen has commissioned a new state-of-the-art facility for the production of motor windings. This investment significantly increases efficiency and flexibility in the production of wastewater pumps and secures the company’s location in Steinhagen for the long term.

After 18 years of successful work, Dr. Andreas Kämpf left the Steinhagen-based pump manufacturer at the end of October. With his creativity and his instinct for attention-grabbing campaigns, as well as his openness to new communication channels and technologies, he has contributed significantly to the development and success of the brand and the company. Kämpf symbolically passed the well-known U3K pump on as a baton to his successor Gunnar Wippersteg.

Sulzer celebrated the launch of its new service center for mass transfer components and services in the Econova Business Park in Essen, Northwest Germany. While mass transfer components are used to improve the efficiency of chemical operations, the new facility provides operational capabilities supported by local service teams to ensure optimal performance in the region’s chemical and process industries. To mark the occasion, Sulzer hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony for distinguished guests and dignitaries.

When water collects on flat roofs, terraces, tennis courts or in construction pits, pools and basements, it is often only a few centimetres of water that needs to be removed. The new flat suction pumps Simer 6 from Jung Pumpen were designed precisely for this area of application.
