Pentair Jung Pumpen Expands Its Easyfix Range for Larger Drainage Pumps

With the Easyfix 50 sets, the installation of drainage pumps with 2-inch or 1½-inch pressure outlets is a breeze, even in narrow sumps. All necessary components, such as the guide rail system, pressure pipe with check valve, guide rail claw, flexible connection and clamps, are pre-assembled on a base plate, ready for connection to the pressure pipe. Easyfix 50 Single (for single systems) and Easyfix 50 Duo (for duplex systems) are ready to plug in. Simply connect the appropriate pumps. Easyfix 50 Duo includes a plug-in control unit (EasyLogo). Depending on the type and quantity of wastewater, different pump types can be combined with the system.

Application examples inside and outside buildings
Easyfix 50 sets are suitable for disposing of larger quantities of (faecal-free) drainage water with varying degrees of contamination. Depending on the pumps selected, with admixtures of 10 mm to 50 mm particle size and flow rates of up to 28 m3/h. Inside buildings: e.g. disposal of fibrous waste water from laundries and from domestic washing machines and dishwashers. Outside buildings: e.g. drainage of collection tanks with ground, drainage or surface water, e.g. from a courtyard, car park, terrace or car park entrance.

  With the pre-assembled Easyfix 50 Single and Easyfix 50 Duo installation sets, submersible pumps can be installed quickly and easily as single or duplex systems.
• Pre-assembled and ready to plug in with useful accessories
  All components are pre-assembled on a base plate up to the connection to the pressure pipe. Useful accessories such as chains, guide rail extensions or float switches for low switching heights are available as required.
• Optimised for narrow shafts
  The Easyfix 50 Single requires a base area of 600 x 300 mm, the Easyfix 50 Duo 600 × 600 mm.
• Control unit included

• Compatible with various pump types
