Uniwater Acquires Danish Company Kudsk

Uniwater, one of the Nordic region’s groups in water infrastructure, has acquired Kudsk, a Danish company that operates in hot tapping, line blocking and leak monitoring of water infrastructure and district heating. The acquisition strengthens Uniwater’s offering geographically in maintenance services with lower environmental impact.

Using a multi-stage solution from Xylem, the semiconductor manufacturer can now convert 70% of readily available municipal water into Type E-1 ultrapure water.
