NOV Mono has begun working in co-operation with a leading service provider in this sector – Preetz-based Walter Fiedler – who will be making their considerable experience of the German waste water industry available to customers in the Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg areas.

“NOV Mono is widely recognized as an international provider of progressing cavity pump solutions to many different sectors including water and waste water,” explains Werner Potrafke who manages sales of Mono Universal Parts and Mono’s EZstrip products in Northern Germany. “Having Walter Fiedler as our sales and service partner in this region will make our offering to customers even more attractive, as their technical expertise in the waste water sector matches our own expertise in the design and manufacture of the equipment the sector uses.

Walter Fiedler is now using a mobile Mono Muncher demonstration unit to demonstrate the advantages of Mono products to customers. “We’re delighted to be working closely with Mono,” says the owner of Walter Fiedler, Jörg Schimmel. “Having the demonstration unit available allows customers to see the product advantages for themselves, and it is a very persuasive sales tool, especially when we back it up with the range of waste water services we provide, which range from pipe work design and construction through to the construction of pumping stations and the provision of inspection and maintenance services.”
