The new Kondensat-Lift pumps up to 340 l/h of fluid at heads of up to 4.50 m. It is suitable for fluid temperatures up to 50 °C. An integrated swing check valve prevents drainage of the discharge line and provides high operating reliability. The pH value of the condensate should no exceed 2.8.

The unit comprises a collecting tank made of impact-resistant ABS plastic, which can be mounted on either the floor or the wall. Designed with space in mind, the unit has a very small footprint. Its integrated float switch takes care of automatic level control. ABS plastic is also used for the motor housing and impeller; the shaft is made of stainless steel.

The 230 V single-phase AC motor with thermal overload protection is enclosed to IP 44. The customer receives a unit that is ready to be plugged in. It comes with a 1.8 m power cable and shockproof plug (CEE-7/7), so there is no need to call on a technical expert for the electrical installation.

As standard, the unit s discharge nozzle connects to hoses with a diameter of 9.5 mm or 3/8 ". The scope of supply comprises a hosetail connector (3/8 ") as well as a 6-metre PVC hose. Also included in the basic equipment is an adapter for connecting the standard inlet (28 mm) to commercial high temperature pipes (40 mm).

Predicting Vertical Motor Resonance: A More Accurate Method to Protect Equipment

27.11.2025 -

Vibration in rotating machinery is a leading cause of premature failure, costly downtime, and safety hazards. For operators of vertical motors, one of the most important vibration-related concepts to understand is reed critical frequency (RCF). This natural frequency of a motor system plays a central role in determining whether a motor will operate smoothly or succumb to damaging resonance conditions.
