Katharina Rath has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and has successfully realigned HR strategies and implemented transformation processes in her more than twenty-year international career as Chief People Officer, member of global executive boards and as an advisory board member in various companies.

Personal profile
Katharina Rath has an international career at Siemens AG, Continental AG and DB Schenker AG, where she was most recently a member of the Global Management Board and Chief People Officer. In this role, she primarily supported transformation strategies and developed and introduced new, modern human resource strategies. Katharina Rath is also a member of the advisory board of Workday, a leading provider of AI-supported enterprise applications for finance and HR, and a founding member and board member of NextGen Board.

She holds a degree in psychology from the University of Regensburg, is a certified systemic coach and holds various certificates from internationally renowned business schools, including the field of artificial intelligence.

he Shareholders’ Committee of Voith Management GmbH has appointed Dirk Hoke as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Voith GmbH & Co. KGaA, effective April 1, 2025, at the latest. He succeeds the long-standing President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Toralf Haag, who left the company on Aug. 31, 2024. Until the start of Dirk Hoke, Andreas Endters serves as interim CEO of the Voith Group, in addition to his duties as CEO of Voith Paper.
