Innovative Metal Coating for Pumps

08.02.2012

VeroMetal is a metabolizing process that seamlessly applies cold sprayable or puttyable metal to almost any surface.

VeroMetal Stainless Steel 316L is used e.g. on housing covers within the range building of pumps. The material can be processed with conventional paint finishing systems. Since pure metal particles are up-painted, the produced surface has all characteristics of high-grade steel 316L concerning impact resistance and abrasion. The pull off adhesion values are excellent and the coating is weather-proof.

VeroMetal coatings can be applied on almost all surfaces. Particularly for the engineering of pumps steel sheet and composite materials are interesting as substrate. Also the other VeroMetal products such as copper, bronze, brass, aluminum, zinc etc. can be used within this area.
