Hidrostal is pleased to have Richard Fowler as the company s new Service Manager. Richard is responsible for providing excellent customer support services to ensure the satisfaction of Hidrostal’s clients.

Richard Fowler (Hidrostal, UK).

Richard started his career in the pump industry in 1992 when he joined Sterling SPP as a technical trainee whilst studying for his BTEC OND in General Engineering at the Royal Forest of Dean College. Following this, Richard completed his BTEC HNC in Mechanical/Production Engineering at The Gloucestershire College of Arts and Technology. After 5 years at Sterling SPP, Richard moved to Anstee & Ware Ltd in Bristol to pursue his career in Pump Services Management. His management skills were soon recognised and he was promoted to Pump Maintenance Manager in 2000 where he managed 14 engineers and an increase in turnover of over 80%.

Said Robert Williams, Operations Director, on the appointment, “Interacting and supporting out customers is a critical aspect of our business. The addition of Richard to our team represents continued growth for the company and an ongoing need to ensure that our clients continue to get satisfaction from our pump solutions after delivery. Richard’s past experience will be a valuable asset as we fine tune our existing services and turn our efforts to becoming a leader ithe pump services we offer”.

Richard is looking forward to growing Hidrostal’s services business. “A pro-active and progressive approach to Customer Service is vital. My ambition is to be instrumental in making Hidrostal a manufacturere that delivers premium repair solutions alongside providing ongoing pump maintenance.”
