Flowserve Names Jay Roueche Vice President, Treasurer & Investor Relations

Flowserve Corporation announced John E. (Jay) Roueche, III, has been named vice president, treasurer and investor relations. He will report to Michael S. Taff, senior vice president and chief financial officer.

"Jay brings a wealth of investor relations and treasury leadership experience, as well as a strong background in the global energy, industrial and infrastructure markets. We are very pleased that he is joining our leadership team as we continue to move forward and grow our business," said Taff. "In this role, Roueche will be responsible for managing strategies, operations, and policies related to corporate finance functions, including all investor relations and treasury activities."

Most recently, Jay Roueche served as vice president, treasurer and investor relations, for McDermott International, Inc. and previously held finance positions at Pennzoil-Quaker State Company, Pennzoil Company, Rockport Resources Capital Corporation and Shell Oil Company. Mr. Roueche, 45, earned his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and an undergraduate degree in finance and economics from Texas Tech University.
