Flowserve Attains NSF 61-G Certification for Potable Water Pumps
Flowserve Corporation announced it has attained NSF 61-G certification for certain pumps comprising its line of commercial potable water pumps and the facilities that manufacture them. This certification, including Annex G for low-lead content water products, immediately puts these Flowserve pumps in full compliance with the U.S. Safe Drinking Water Act.

NSF 61-G certification applies to the Flowserve manufacturing facilities in Taneytown, MD.; Chesapeake, VA.; and Hastings, NE. Certified pump products include:
- VTP vertical turbine
- VPC vertical turbine, double case
- SUBM deep well, oil-filled submersible motor and cable
- SUBM deep well, submersible pump
- LR axially split, single-stage
- LNN axially split, single-stage
- Mark 3(TM) ASME (ANSI) standard
NSF 61-G certification confirms Flowserve drinking water pumps meet the industry s highest statutory and engineering standards.
