Call for Papers for AchemAsia 2019

28.11.2018

In 2019 AchemAsia will take place in Shanghai for the first time. The „International Expo and Innovation Forum for Sustainable Chemical Production“ from 21 to 23 May 2019 focuses on topics that are highly relevant for China’s process industry. Papers for the AchemAsia conference can be submitted until 10 January 2019.

30 years after its premiere, AchemAsia has undergone a facelift: exhibition and congress are becoming more focused and centered on topics that play a special role in China’s current Five Year Plan. This includes questions that lie at the core of process and pharma technology, but also themes such as industrial water management, plant and process safety and digitalization. This is reflected in the topics of the congress. It is jointly organized by Dechema and local and international partners. The individual sessions are set up as satellite events:

  • Advances in industrial water management
  • Digitalization
  • Future production in chemical and pharmaceutical industry
  • Materials for renewable energy production and storage
  • Pharma meets production
  • Play it safe – New concepts for process and labour safety
  • Resource efficiency and process intensification
  • State-of-the-art in fluid handling

Presentations from industry are welcome as well as contributions from academic research, covering new scientific findings with a high relevance for application, new developments, innovative solutions and lessons learned from practical implementation.

An AchemAsia PRAXISforum offers exhibitors the opportunity to present their innovative products and services.
